Peak NDT’s recently Upgraded MicroPulse LT2

It connects to a PC via Gigabit Ethernet currently allowing for data transfers in excess of 40 Megabytes/Sec and includes over 200 Megabytes of data buffer. With Power over Ethernet the instrument can be mounted up to 100 metres away from the PC, close to the inspection zone and minimizing probe cable lengths. With a single cable for power and data to run to the instrument it is ideally suited for machine mounted inspections. The instrument has extended dynamic range modes and high resolution with up to 200 MHz true sampling.

The LT2 is fully compatible with Utex Scientifics Inspectionware software platforms and existing inspection platforms such as EDF Energy’s MIPS/GUIDE.

In common with all our instruments the LT2 also has an open and transparent data format with the long-established MicroPulse command language making it easy for users to develop their own bespoke applications using a language of your choice such as LabView, Visual Studio, MatLab or Python for example.
